A recently published article in Neurobiology of aging has found that moderate caffeine consumption may help reduce the decline of Alzheimer’s disease. The mouse study showed that 0.3g / l of caffeine in the drinking water eased some of the pro-inflammatory and oxidative stress markers associated with Alzheimer’s disease and improved results in a memory test.
